Enrollment closes Friday, September 18. The cohort starts Monday, September 14, and there is room for a small number of people joining after that date.

If you are joining after the cohort has started

You are not behind, and you are not getting a reduced version of the program. Here is exactly what that looks like in practice, so nothing is a surprise after you pay.

The work is sequenced, not scheduled. Four modules, eight Stand Out Plays, worked in order at the pace you can sustain around a working role. There is no date you have to have finished anything by. The cohort start is when the group begins, not a gun going off.

You will have missed at most one live session. Sessions run twice monthly across the four months, so by the close on the 18th, exactly one has happened. It is recorded and waiting for you, along with the first Play and everything that goes with it.

Your four months run from the day you enroll. Not from the cohort start. You get the full window of access to the materials, the recordings, and the group.

You are joining a small room. Small enough that I will know your situation by your second session, and small enough that arriving a week in is something people notice in a good way rather than something you have to explain.

What I would ask of you. Watch the first session recording before your first live one, and start the first Play. That is about two hours, and it means you arrive with something of your own to work rather than catching up in the room.

Not sure it is the right room for your situation, or want to talk through joining after the start? Book The First Move, 20 minutes. No pitch.

Four modules. Direction, translation, application, then compounding.

Each module names one shift, gives you the Plays that make it real, and ends with something you can point at.

Module one. Define Your Edge

From what you do to what you want to be known for.

You start with the signal audit: what is actually reaching the people who decide, versus what you assume is reaching them. Then you build the positioning statement, name your pillars, and gather the proof behind each one. You leave with your value in a sentence someone else can repeat.

Module two. Build Your Presence

From telling your story to letting it travel.

A narrative only works if it moves without you. This module rebuilds the surfaces that carry it: the profile, the resume, the story bank, the way your work gets described secondhand. The test is not whether it sounds good when you say it. It is whether it survives being repeated by someone else.

Module three. Master Your Moments

From preparing for the moment to converting it.

The skip-level, the interview, the review, the ask. These are short, they are decisive, and most people walk into them having rehearsed content rather than outcome. You build the language for the rooms that decide your next move, before you are standing in one.

Module four. Lead Your Growth

From working a role to building a career.

The read on you is not a thing you fix once. This module builds the cadence that keeps it accurate as your scope changes, so the next conversation starts from where you actually are rather than from where you were two years ago.

What you actually get.

  • Four modules, worked in sequence, each one ending in something tangible rather than a realization.
  • Eight Stand Out Plays plus the Capstone. A Play is applied to your own situation, not a worksheet about the concept.
  • Eight live group coaching sessions, twice monthly across four months, where you work your own read in real time and get a response the same week. All recorded.
  • A private community of people at your level who can see what you cannot see about yourself.
  • Four months of access to the materials, the group, and the session recordings, running from the day you enroll.

What you walk out with.

One sentence about your value that other people say when you are not in the room. Three or four people who decide things carrying that sentence on purpose, because you put it there rather than hoped for it. A high-stakes conversation you walked into having already decided the impression you wanted, and got it. And a review that confirms a read you built, instead of one that formed while you were not looking.

Not more work. A different read on the same work.
