Agreement to Terms of Use

This website (“Site”) and related coaching services are provided by Next Level Leadership Group LLC (“Company”) subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions below. By using the Site or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms; if you disagree, do not use the Site.

Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  1. Modify these Terms at any time

  2. Suspend or terminate access to the Site

  3. Change or update Site content without notice

  4. Delete or remove any user content or account

  5. Terminate access of any user for any reason

Service Description

Company provides career coaching services through:

  • Individual coaching sessions

  • Group workshops

  • Online courses

  • Digital resources

  • Professional development materials

Stand Out Advantage™ Clarity Assessment

The Stand Out Advantage™ Clarity Assessment includes a personal review of your submitted responses and a Strategy Session call. The following terms apply specifically to this service:

  • The Clarity Assessment must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.

  • Your Clarity Report will be delivered within 5 business days of assessment submission.

  • The Strategy Session call must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of Clarity Report delivery.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the assessment has been submitted and reviewed.

  • If you have questions prior to or after submission, contact us at help@nextlevelwithlaurie.com.

Warranty Disclaimer

This Site and all coaching services are provided “as is,” with no warranties of any kind. You assume total responsibility for your use of the Site and services. Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Text and graphics

  • Logos and trademarks

  • Coaching materials

  • Course content

  • Digital resources

...is owned by or licensed to Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Interfere with Site operation

  • Impersonate others

  • Use the Site for illegal purposes

  • Engage in harassment or bullying

  • Violate others’ intellectual property rights

Coaching Services

  • Services are provided as described in the applicable service agreement or sales page

  • Results vary by individual

  • No guaranteed outcomes

  • Client bears responsibility for implementation

  • Services are not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice

Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome feedback, but you understand we may use your suggestions without compensation.

Service Termination

Company may terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payment obligations aren’t met

  • Professional boundaries are crossed

  • Services cannot be appropriately provided
