Within a few days, you’ll book your Strategy Session. That’s where I walk you through your Clarity Report live - your pattern, which pillar needs your attention, and the one thing I’d focus on first. You’ll leave with a clear picture and a concrete next step.

  • A focused conversation where I walk you through your Clarity Report live. We’ll cover your pattern, your pillar scores, your primary gap, and where to focus first. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and explore whether continued coaching is the right next step.

  • No. It’s a coaching conversation. You’ll leave with real insights and a clear picture of your situation whether or not you decide to work with me further. If it makes sense to keep going together, I’ll share what that looks like - but there’s no pressure.

  • Senior professionals and executives who know they’re capable of more but can’t figure out why the right opportunities aren’t coming. If you’re early in your career or looking for a resume template, this isn’t the right fit.

  • Yes. The masterclass gives you the framework. The assessment gives me the data to diagnose your specific situation. And the Strategy Session gives you a personalized action plan. It’s the difference between learning about the system and having someone apply it to you.
